We aim to despatch all stock items within ten working days. However, some items require modifications and advise that shirts requiring button cuffs or pockets may take approximately 7 weeks. If you return an item for an exchange that is in stock then we will despatch your exchange as soon as possible. Your business means a lot to us and we do not want to lose it.
Delivery in the UK is standard at £4.95. Spend over £150 and delivery is FREE.

Coles Distribution Limited has established arrangements for delivery in the USA and all other European Union Countries than UK at standard charge of $10 USD. However, whilst we do not actively promote sales to other territories, purchases made will also be at the standard delivery charge of $10.

In addition, any orders places outside of the European Union maybe subject to local duties and taxes for which we must stress these are the full responsibility of the customer and not Coles Distribution. Any item returned as undelivered for reasons beyond ours or our couriers reasonable control then any refund applicable shall be refunded less incurred costs.
Parcels delayed or missing abroad
Unfortunately most parcels abroad undelivered turn out to be either held in customs awaiting import duty/clearance or an attempt to deliver has been made awaiting a re-arrangement for collection. In either case the parcel is delayed for upto 13 weeks (depending on location) held in a warehouse before being processed for return or is considered lost. In all cases we have to liaise with UK agents and the postal service before processing refunds. Please note that this can take approximately 2 month from notification of non receipt to verify the location of a parcel as they have to liaise with other countries.
